We like to keep things as simple as possible, so we've outlined everything for you right here. Our client process guide is a way to show you exactly how everything is going to work before you even think about contacting us. We like giving out potential clients a sense of security, and that is exactly what this page will give you. We've detailed our very simple process out for you below, so you can get a general idea of how long it will take to get your theme complete.
Day One: - Client (you) will contact us and give us a detailed description of what they are looking for as far as design, color and style goes.
Days Two-Four: - The design process has begun and a design sample will be sent to the client. Upon review of the design, the client may ask for changes to be made to the layout if needed. Once the design is given final approval by the client, the coding and importing to wordpress begins.
Days Five-Seven: - Client is given a link to test-run the theme on our servers. During this time, the client is free to examine all of the functions to make sure everything is in working order. Once the final approval is given, the theme is zipped and sent to the client via email.
Payment Terms: - Payment of 50% is required in order to begin the project. Upon the completion of the theme and the client viewing the working sample of the theme on our servers, the remaining 50% is required to be sent. Please note that the initial 50% deposit is only refundable before the first mock-up is sent on day two. We work hard to ensure the client is completely happy with our work and the time put into the designs. Please also note that when the final remaining balance is paid, the project is deemed complete and any work after is subject to additional fees.
